Decided to go with top list

Clicking on a territory will open an info panel with a top list. Territory will also act as a permanent game room so players can fight over it, or if no players are available, you can play against AI. Still not sure what to do with territory once it's "owned" by the top player but hopefully i'll figure it out soon.
